Employment

 

Barriers exist for employees who want to operate trucks and who wish to work in the office/warehouse.

Employees must be able to physically move themselves into and out of the trucks.  We are unable to modify trucks or to install devises onto trucks to assist people with getting in and out of them because those same employees will also be required to load and unload equipment from the trucks or into and out of warehouses.  This is the work that we perform.  Our job is physically demanding.
